At Real Property Management Service we are always seeking quality and detail-oriented people and businesses to help us with the various unit maintenance needed at the homes we manage across the Greater Toronto Area.

We specialize in single-family homes and individual condominium units and are always working to keep our properties in prime shape.

Any business we work with will be required to provide or confirm:
– WSIB coverage
– Liability insurance (2 million minimum)
– All appropriate certifications for their field (licencing, needed materials handling etc.)
– Before and after pictures of all jobs and detailed invoicing

We would provide:
– A web-based work order platform for booking jobs and communicating with tenants or us as needed
– Phone staff available 24 hours a day to speak with and help manage urgent issues that may arise during jobs
– Direct deposits for quicker payments
